What we store

Your name and email address, so you can sign in. The vehicles, maintenance records and costs you add. Nothing else about you is collected.

Where it lives

Account details are kept by Firebase Authentication and your records in Cloud Firestore, all run by Google. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Security rules only let your own signed in, verified account read or change it.

What stays on your phone

Your settings, such as distance unit and appearance, and any maintenance reminders are kept on your device only. Guest mode keeps everything on your phone until you close the app.

What we never do

VLog has no ads and no analytics, and your data is never sold or shared with anyone. Google Play Integrity is used only to confirm requests come from the genuine app.

Your control

You can edit or export your history at any time. Delete your account from the Profile tab and every vehicle and record is removed for good. See how to delete your account.
