Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your name, email address and every vehicle and record you added. It cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open VLog and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account, enter your password, then tap Delete forever.

Everything is removed straight away. Nothing is kept afterwards.

Without the app

If you can no longer open VLog, email contact@lunarlabs.tech from the address on your account. We will delete the account and all its records within 30 days and confirm by email.

Before you delete

Export each vehicle's history as a spreadsheet from its detail screen if you want to keep a copy.
